Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The hotel is located right on the river, offering a peaceful setting. The rooms had very comfy beds, and the staff provided excellent customer service. However, the dining options were a bit limited, and the hotel is not in the town center.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were kept immaculately clean and felt like home, complete with a fridge and a great view. The bath in the cradle outside the bedroom was a lovely touch. The staff went out of their way to help and provided excellent customer service, especially the team member on the 11pm shift who managed a busy morning efficiently and with a friendly manner. The location was perfect, just outside the city center with restaurants right next door. The dining experience was delightful, served in a lounge with good river views and hot beverages available. The facilities were top-notch, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a lovely stay with great views over the Clyde, friendly service, and dining by the Squinty bridge. The rooms are equipped with good amenities but lacked cleanliness at times. The location is convenient for both venues and public transport, though not right in the town center.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On the one hand, the comfortable bed on level 3 and the better-than-expected breakfast were impressive. However, the lack of empathy and basic customer service skills from Michaela on the reception desk left me disappointed.
The hotel offers a lovely view of the Clyde and has wheelchair-friendly rooms with 2 single beds. The service, although efficient, lacked empathy at the reception desk. The location, while not in the town center, is on the riverside at Finnieston, providing a great view and easy access to the city center. The dining experience is good, especially for vegetarians, but with limited options for hot beverages. Overall, a comfortable stay with a beautiful view.
I had a great stay at this hotel with comfortable beds and homely facilities, offering a great view on the Honors level. However, it was a shame that Michaela at the reception desk lacked empathy and customer service skills. On the bright side, the rest of the staff went out of their way to provide excellent service.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were cozy and well-equipped, the service was friendly and efficient, and the location was perfect for enjoying the riverside attractions.
I stayed at a hotel located directly on the riverbank, with dated carpets but a comfortable bed. Our service experience was mixed, with efficient morning service but lacking empathy during evening interactions. The location was convenient, right on the river and close to the city center. Dining offered great views of the Squinty Bridge but was lacking in variety. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel offers rooms with a better than expected breakfast and a great view plus a bath, though the air conditioning was a bit hard to manage. The service was efficient overall but lacked empathy and customer service skills in one instance. The location on the river is beautiful but not too close to the city center. The dining experience was lovely with various options, and the facilities are well-maintained.
The hotel is ideally located right on the river, a short distance from the city center, making it convenient for public transport. The rooms on the Honors level offer comfortable beds and gym facilities, although the air conditioning could be improved. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. Unfortunately, the lack of empathy and customer service from one staff member was disappointing.
The hotel offers rooms with a better than expected breakfast at the Atlantic bar. The rooms come well-equipped with all my toiletries and a bath but shower. However, there were some issues with the service that impacted my stay negatively.
The hotel is ideally located on the riverbank, close to the city centre with picturesque views. The rooms are kept impeccably clean and offer homely facilities, including a fridge, with breathtaking views. The service is exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist and providing excellent customer care. The dining experience is delightful, served in a lounge with stunning river views. Despite these positives, the hotel could benefit from more dining options.
